Here on the dark continent traditional healers can be found on virtually every street corner.  Competition is stiff now days with everybody doing a quick crash course in the bush.

These so called healers have taken on the western ways to a degree.  They advertize via countless flyers on the street corners and at intersection you are bombarded with chaps handing out more advertizing material.
