Having a good sense of humor This is clearly illustrated by the no dumping signs on top of the dumped rubble at the Hermanus harbour. When I first saw the warning signs, I laughed. It is great way to get attention and the message across to the public.

Apparently Marina Da Gama and surrounding areas like Muizenberg has a elected Ward Councillor. Who knew, and how these people get elected to these positions is a mystery. In the private sector job- security is dependent on performance and often many hours of overtime is spent without compensation.

Rocky street in Yeoville Johannesburg looks more like a typical South African squatter camp than a residential suburb. Possibly Johannesburg does not have a council anymore for if they do, management mentality and common sense if non existent.
Yeoville’s streets turned into a slum of disease and violent crime.
